We are asking ALL volunteers to email volunteers@mbrobotgames.ca to confirm your willingness to lend us a few hours of your time.
The information we need ASAP is;

Shirt size,
When you can attend(see A below) and
If you have a preference for duties(see B below)
A) When can you attend
Wednesday 17th March 2009, 7:00 - ~8:15 pm. Training evening
Friday evening set up 19th March 2009, 5:00 till done(~2 hrs).
Saturday 20th March 2009, 8:00 to 6:30.
Saturday 20th March 2009, take down. 6:30 till done(~1hr)
B) If you are a return volunteer, which area(s) would you prefer
Registration - Jigs & Scales - Judging - Timer - Security - Robo-Critters - Kit Sales - Float
